Terms and Conditions

The following terms apply to all subscribers of Asas Health Center.

Subscription Instructions and Terms

I, the subscriber at Asas Health Center, acknowledge the following:

I am in good health and have no medical condition that prevents physical activity. I accept full responsibility when attending any class or using any equipment at the center.

  1. Wear appropriate gym attire and observe public decency at all times.
  2. Minimum subscription age is 18 years.
  3. All services, including personal training, must be prepaid. Fees for add-on programs are paid at reception only. Paying a trainer directly is prohibited and constitutes a breach of this membership agreement. Breach may result in cancellation without refund.
  4. The club may amend policies at any time without notice. Changes apply to all subscribers. The club may set or change operating hours as it deems appropriate.
  5. The club may close temporarily without prior notice. Temporary closure does not forfeit benefit; an equivalent period will be added to the subscription.
  6. The subscriber is fully responsible for her health status and suitability for physical activity.
  7. No claims for unused days while services are available. If you subscribe but do not attend, the subscription remains active and does not pause, and expires at the end of its term.
  8. Sportswear is mandatory. Other clothing is not permitted during exercise.
  9. Lockers are available for single-session use during your visit. Management may empty lockers after closing hours and is not responsible for items left inside.
  10. Renewal is not permitted for any member who violates these terms.
  11. Management reserves the right to review operating hours, prices, and promotions periodically and apply what it deems suitable.
  12. The club is not liable for any injuries or death.
  13. The club may cancel a subscription without compensation if it is used by anyone other than the subscriber.

Prohibited Conduct

  1. Smoking.
  2. Marketing or promoting hormones or performance-enhancing substances.
  3. No children are allowed to enter.
  4. Any verbal or physical assault against staff or visitors.
